Landlord's responsibilities
Landlords have a
legal requirement to have
all gas fittings and flues
serviced annually by a Corgi registered gas engineer (Gas Safety
Regulations 1998).
Ensure an annual
safety check is carried out annually on each gas fitting/flue.
Keep a record of
each safety check for at least 2 years.
